It's always great to get a win, but it feels much better to get a win when everyone has played a consistently solid football game. Everyone needs to stay focused these next few weeks in order to ensure this teams success. It is crucial that all football players continue to maintain a healthy diet, combined with lot's of rest. We can't afford to lose people due to some type of illness. Make sure you are continuing to stay well hydrated, but getting the proper amount of sleep proves to be the best thing for all athletes as we get further into the season.
