Weight Room Reminders Continued

The weight room will be open in the morning for all football players participating in a spring sport. The weight program is designed to make you agile, hostile, and mobile. Therefore, it will NOT affect your performance during your spring sport. Rather, it will give you the ultimate advantage not only during your current season, but for the 2009 football season as well. Coach Cook and Coach Graves will be monitoring the weight room in the morning. We will obviously not be conducting a.m. lifting sessions during times of conditioning - Tuesday and Thursday. See Coach Cook for more details.

All players must read the previous "Weight Room Reminders" post, and respond to that as well. It's not a matter of How, but When. the longer it takes to get everyone on board, the longer it will take to claim your stake as a STATE CHAMPION!

Player Packs and Morning Running Sessions

This is an important reminder that all players must have their player packs turned in to Coach Heppner no later than April 20th. We need all order forms turned in on time, in order for the player packs to be received on time. We must order the items in bulk in order to keep our set price as well. All players are expected to wear their player pack gear during all camp and 7-on-7 workouts. If you do not get your order form turned in on time, you will run the risk of not having the appropriate gear for the 2009 football season. If you don't have a order form, please see Coach Heppner immediately.

Also, a.m. conditioning sessions have begun. Stretching starts immediately at 5:40 a.m. All students planning on participating in the 2009 season are expected to be at all morning running sessions. The only exceptions are those players participating in a spring sport with a game scheduled for that afternoon. The running sessions are designed to make you the best all-round athlete on the football field. Each session will definitely improve all aspects of your game regardless the current sport you're in.

Get your packets in ASAP, and dedicate yourself to the success of this TEAM!
